Investment gives Open’s clients access to most advanced technology
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Open Solutions Canada, the Canadian operations of Open Solutions Inc.®, announced almost $1 million in new investments in its data centre in Vancouver, as well as new services augmenting the data processing centre’s existing offerings to the industry. Open Solutions is a provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial service providers across the United States, Canada and other international markets.
“We continue to look for innovative ways to enhance our client offerings,” said Pat Cridge, senior manager of operations at Open Solutions Canada. “These investments at our Vancouver data centre reflect our continued commitment to providing financial institutions with the most advanced and efficient banking and payment technologies.”
Open Solutions Canada has implemented state-of-the-art IBM / AIX systems and Hitachi storage solutions inside the data centre which will offer greater reliability and redundancy for the company’s clients. The data centre completed the deployment of AppWorx, an automated job scheduling solution for the TCCUS®/DNA banking environment that improves efficiency through automation of application processing. The solution is intended to provide improved service delivery to Open Solutions Canada’s clients.
Open Solutions Canada also has augmented its hosted Open Solutions Digital Document Solutions (DDS) offering to make eSignature and eReceipt functionality available to clients through the Vancouver data centre.
