INTERPRO Speeds ATM Configuration Development with Paragon’s ConfigBuilder

(Holly Springs, NC—July 13, 2010) INTERPRO Technology Inc. (INTERPRO), a leading provider of ATM/EFT processing solutions for the financial and network services industry, has licensed ConfigBuilder from Paragon Application Systems to facilitate their ATM configuration development. INTERPRO required the ability to see the ATM states and screen flow as they developed configuration files.
“At INTERPRO, we have always had the expertise to configure ATMs with all of the latest features, but the effort was often extremely labor intensive and cumbersome—sometimes requiring a calculator and hex editor,” says Kevin Ouellette, President of INTERPRO. “ConfigBuilder simplifies and speeds configuration changes and allows us to easily create new download images.”
As financial institutions add features to their ATMs like envelope-free deposits and text-to-speech voice guidance for the visually impaired, the ATM configurations require modifications to support the enhanced functionality. ConfigBuilder makes adding features like voice guidance a much easier process.
