TASQ TECHNOLOGY JOINS EPSON PARTNER PROGRAM TO DELIVER FULL ARRAY OF EPSON PAYMENTS SOLUTIONS TO ITS CLIENTS

Long Beach, CA, July 13, 2010 –Epson America, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added retail, banking and payments solutions, announced today that TASQ Technology, Inc., a First Data company, and one of the largest providers of point-of-sale (POS) equipment and services in North America, joined the company’s EnvisionSM partner program.
Epson will provide TASQ with an extensive line of Epson printers and scanners, including the industry-leading Epson TM-T88V, which offers a four-year warranty and the lowest energy consumption in its class, as well as the award-winning CaptureOne™ check scanner. With daily deployments exceeding 9,000 packages, TASQ provides inventory management services which enable clients to purchase hardware in a just-in-time environment.

In addition to reselling Epson’s printers and scanners, TASQ will offer its full line of services, such as repair and service fulfillment, which includes advance exchange support, where TASQ overnights replacement hardware directly to the client to reduce down time.
