DALLAS and SAN DIEGO, July 26, 2010 - eGistics, Inc., (www.egisticsinc.com) a leading provider of hosted information management solutions, and Peladon Software, a provider of complex document capture and data conversion software, today announced that they have won a significant multi-year contract to jointly deliver an information management solution to a national healthcare services organization. Today's announcement reaffirms the value of using the combined eGistics-Peladon solution to automate document-driven business processes.
eGistics will implement Peladon's data capture and conversion technology along with the eGistics hosted information management platform that provides an information archive with real-time retrieval functionality. Peladon will enable the healthcare services organization to quickly and accurately convert captured documents to electronic transactions, validate the information, balance to batch totals, and reconcile transactions automatically. eGistics will store images of the original documents and the converted data along with other customer data and computer reports in a highly secure, online archive.
