LIBERTY, SC, July 26th, 2010 – KeyMark Inc., an award-winning document management solution provider has achieved Platinum status with Hyland Software, becoming its first value-added reseller to reach the Platinum milestone in 2010.
Hyland Software is the developer of the OnBase® enterprise content management (ECM) software suite. As a Hyland Software value-added reseller, KeyMark sells and configures the OnBase product, as well as supports and trains customers on best practices. Software revenue is used as the criteria to determine Platinum level partner status, which KeyMark reached before the end of the fiscal 2010 second quarter.
“This was certainly one of the quicker runs to Platinum status,” said David Conley, director of channel sales at Hyland Software. “But this type of growth is only possible because they take such great care of their customers. KeyMark’s focus on true end-to-end solutions is why they’re one of our premier channel partners. I appreciate their dedication, drive and commitment as they continue to raise the bar.”
KeyMark has partnered with Hyland Software for more than 12 years, receiving multiple recognitions as an OnBase Gold, Platinum and Diamond support partner. “We have an extremely good relationship with Hyland,” said Ed McQuiston, vice president of sales at KeyMark. “We work closely with their management, sales, technical and marketing teams and participate in various Hyland executive advisory councils. They also rely on us for product and customer feedback.”
Clients throughout the United States turn to KeyMark when they find themselves under pressure to become more efficient, save costs, decrease risks and reduce paper-based processes. And through KeyMark’s technology partnerships with leading industry vendors such as Hyland Software, KeyMark automates business processes with document management, advanced data capture and workflow tools. “As an integrator of multiple products, we listen to our clients needs and help design a solution that is customized to their unique goals and challenges, selecting the best tools and products for their needs,” said McQuiston. “Hyland’s products are an excellent fit for our clients because they offer customized solutions which match our core industry markets (government, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and lending). We also appreciate that we can engineer OnBase to meet the automation needs of an entire organization or a specific department requiring a smaller solution.”
